Only the length. Every plan includes the same 25,000+ live channels, 100,000+ movies and series, TV guide (EPG), HD / Full HD / 4K quality where available and WhatsApp support 24/7, on 1 connection. Longer plans cost less per month: 12 months is $59.95, about $5 a month, $119.45 (67%) less than paying the monthly price for 12 months.

Not at KenoaTV: each plan is paid once for its whole term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and doesn't renew automatically. When it ends, access stops; to keep watching, message the team on WhatsApp. You can also move to a longer plan at any time. The per-month figures on this page are only there to compare plans.

One at a time: every KenoaTV plan includes 1 connection. Extra connections for watching on more screens at once are available: ask the team for the price. Sharing your subscription with other people isn't allowed.

Every plan has 25,000+ live channels from the USA, the UK, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, with country- and language-based packages with local sports and news, across sports, movies, news, kids' channels, entertainment and series, plus 100,000+ movies and series on demand (updated regularly) and a TV guide (EPG), in HD, Full HD or 4K where available.

With major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through a secure payment link. Send your order on WhatsApp (the "Order on WhatsApp" button under each plan writes it for you): the team confirms your plan and sends the link.

Once payment is through, your login details (M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes login and, for MAG boxes, a portal URL) with setup steps for your device are sent by email. Give an email address you check, and look in your spam folder if nothing arrives. The team helps with setup on WhatsApp, 24/7.

Only in the cases the refund policy lists: if the service is completely down on your compatible device for 72 or more hours in a row because of a fault on KenoaTV's side; if you were charged twice by mistake for the same subscription period; if you are a new customer, ask within 7 days of your first purchase, and have first tried to fix the problem with the support team. Not covered: you're unhappy with the channel list or content; your internet connection is too slow or unstable to stream; you broke the terms of service (for example by sharing your account); geo-blocking in your country, which is outside KenoaTV's control. Requests are reviewed in up to 3 business days; your bank may then take 5–10 business days.
