KenoaTV: what you need for IPTV setup
Setting up KenoaTV takes four things and no technician. The email you get after ordering your KenoaTV subscription has the most important one; get these four ready:
- Your KenoaTV welcome email, sent once payment is through: your login details (M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes login and, for MAG boxes, a portal URL) with setup steps for your device (check your spam folder too)
- A compatible device: Samsung, LG and Sony Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone and iPad, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+) or PCs
- A player app for that device: KenoaTV has no app of its own, and the guides below name the ones its own guide suggests
- A stable internet connection: KenoaTV recommends a connection of at least 30 Mbps; on a TV, a cable (Ethernet) or 5 GHz Wi-Fi works best
How does IPTV work?
IPTV brings TV over your internet connection, with no cable box or satellite dish. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". KenoaTV provides the channels, movies and series; your player app displays them. No app provides content on its own: you need a KenoaTV subscription.

KenoaTV login: M3U playlist, Xtream Codes or portal URL
Your welcome email holds three ways to sign in. Use whichever your app or device asks for: they all load the same KenoaTV channels.
M3U playlist link
A link that loads the whole channel list into a player app, with an EPG URL for the TV guide (EPG). Most apps take it under "Add Playlist" → "M3U URL".
Xtream Codes login
A server URL, a username and a password. Pick "Xtream Codes" (or "XC Login") in the app's menu. If the app asks for a port, it's usually part of the server URL, the digits after the colon.
Portal URL (MAG)
For MAG boxes and set-top-box emulator apps: you paste the portal URL into the box's server settings. Keep your device's MAC address private at all times.

KenoaTV IPTV on a Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony)
On a Smart TV, you install a player app from the TV's own app store and add your M3U playlist link. KenoaTV's guide suggests Smart IPTV on Samsung TVs and IPTV Smarters or SS IPTV on LG TVs.
- Open your TV's app store and install the player: Smart IPTV on a Samsung TV, IPTV Smarters or SS IPTV on an LG TV.
- Open the app, go to its settings and enter the M3U playlist link from your KenoaTV welcome email.
- Optional: add the EPG URL from the same email in the settings to turn on the TV guide (EPG).
- Relaunch the app: the playlist loads by itself, and you can start a channel.

On an Amazon Fire TV Stick, KenoaTV's guide suggests IPTV Smarters Pro, with TiviMate or Perfect Player as alternatives. All three come from the Amazon App Store, and you add your M3U playlist link.
- Open the Amazon App Store, search for IPTV Smarters Pro and install it (or TiviMate or Perfect Player).
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro, select "Add Playlist" and choose the "M3U URL" option.
- Enter the details: a playlist name (for example KenoaTV), the M3U link from your welcome email and, optionally, the EPG URL.
- Select "Add Playlist" and let the channels load, then browse with your Fire TV remote.

KenoaTV on an IPTV MAG box
A MAG box needs no app: you enter the KenoaTV portal URL from your welcome email in the box's server settings, and it loads the channel list.
- With your MAG remote, open Settings → System Settings → Servers.
- Replace the existing portal URL with the KenoaTV portal URL from your welcome email, in full, including the http:// at the start.
- Save the settings and restart the MAG box so the change takes effect.
- After the restart, the box connects and shows the channel lineup.
Keep your MAG box's MAC address private: never post it in a public message or a screenshot.

KenoaTV on Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+)
On an Enigma2 receiver, such as a Dreambox or VU+, you load your KenoaTV M3U playlist through the receiver's web interface and turn it into a bouquet.
- On a computer on the same network, open a web browser and type the receiver's IP address into the address bar to reach its web interface.
- Go to the bouquet section and upload your KenoaTV M3U playlist file, or insert the M3U link from your welcome email.
- Use the built-in converter to turn the M3U playlist into an Enigma2 bouquet.
- Restart the receiver or reload its services: the KenoaTV channels appear in your channel list.

The picture buffers or stutters
KenoaTV recommends a connection of at least 30 Mbps. If a stream buffers: use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, turn on hardware acceleration in your player app, raise the app's buffer size (10–15 seconds on Android) and close other downloads and streams. Then restart the device and your router.
No welcome email
Look in your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Message the team on WhatsApp with the email address you used to order, so it can find your login.
"Invalid login" or the playlist won't load
Most often a space slipped in before or after a field during copy-paste. Type the link, username and password by hand, exactly as in your email; for Xtream Codes, keep the port that is part of the server URL.
The channel list or TV guide is out of date
In your app's settings, refresh or reload the playlist and the EPG. If that doesn't help, delete the playlist and enter your M3U link and EPG URL again.
Watching on another device
A KenoaTV plan includes 1 connection: sign in on the new device and watch there once the first one stops. For several screens at once, extra connections for watching on more screens at once are available: ask the team for the price.
It worked, then stopped
Restart the device and your router. Check that your plan hasn't ended: access stops at the end of a plan, and you renew on WhatsApp. Still stuck? Message the team with your device, your app and the time it stopped.
