KenoaTV: how to order your IPTV subscription

On this site, orders go through WhatsApp. Here's how it works:

1. 1Pick your plan below: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each for 1 connection (one screen at a time). Tap its "Order on WhatsApp" button.
2. 2WhatsApp opens with your order already written: the plan length and the price. Send the message to the team.
3. 3The team confirms your plan and sends the payment link. KenoaTV accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through a secure payment link. Ask anything you like before you pay.
4. 4Pay and give an email address you check: that's where your login will be sent.
5. 5Once payment is through, your login details (M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes login and, for MAG boxes, a portal URL) with setup steps for your device arrive by email. Nothing yet? Check your spam folder, then message us on WhatsApp with the email you used to order.
6. 6Add your login to a player app. KenoaTV has no app of its own: Smart IPTV works on Samsung TVs, IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or Perfect Player on a Fire TV Stick, and a MAG box uses the portal URL.

Plans are paid once and don't auto-renew: when yours ends, message the team on WhatsApp to renew, and you can move to a longer plan at any time. Refunds are possible in specific cases, listed in our refund policy.
